The Hampton VB team will be hosting a VB Tournament in the High School Gym tomorrow starting at 9am.   Teams participating are Giltner, Mead, NE Christian, St. Ed, and Deshler.  Hampton’s first game will be at 10am vs St. Edward and then will play at 2pm vs Deshler.  Placement games will begin at 3pm.  The Junior Class parents will be serving a Meal Deal throughout the day.  Go Hawks!!!

Help the HHS Junior Class sponsor Post-Prom 2015!!!  They will be hosting a fundraiser during the VB tournament on Saturday, Sept. 27th, featuring six different vendors including: Scentsy, Thirty-one, Jamberry Nails, Premier Designs, Pampered Chef, and Origami Owl Custom Jewelry.  Vendors will donate a percentage of all sales from this event to the Hampton High School Junior Class Post-Prom Fund!

Homecoming Week will begin on Sunday, October 5th, with a parade down main street starting at 6:15pm.  Everyone should then proceed to the school for food at 6:30pm and the Pep Rally starting at 7pm.  The theme for this year’s homecoming is “Fear the Beak”.  7-12 grade students can participate in dress-up days:  Mustache Monday, TuTu Tuesday, Wacky Wednesday, Throwback Thursday, and Fan Fanatic Friday.  K-6 grade students may participate on Friday!  Pizza will be served after the football game to JH and SH students!
The Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday evening from 8:30 - 11:00pm.  Junior High students will be excused at 10pm.  The doors will lock at 9pm.

The Junior class will be serving a Meal Deal at the football game tonight.  They will be serving a pulled pork sandwich, chips and a bottle of water for $5. An extra sandwich is $3.  Proceeds will go towards fundraising for the After-Activities Banquet Party.

http://www.nflppk.com/competitions/register/index) with competition starting at 4:30pm.  Ages 10-15 will register at 4:30pm (again it is preferred that you register online prior to the event) and compete at 5:00pm. Last year Brady Klute made it all the way to the Team Competition at halftime of the Kansas City Chiefs/Denver Broncos game after winning the competition here in Hampton.  See you all there.  If you have any questions, please contact James Parsley at 402.202.2447.

Parent-Teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, September 24, from 3pm - 8pm.  All K-6 parents will have scheduled time with their son or daughter’s classroom teacher.  Schedule conference times were sent home today with elementary students.  7-12 parents should check into the high school office to receive a progress report for your son or daughter.  All 7-12 teachers will be located in the high school gym for conferences.  Mr. Newmyer will be in the high school building from 3-5:15pm and Mrs. Carlson will be in the high school building from 6:30-8pm.  Conferences are a valuable opportunity for parents to participate in their child/children’s education experience.  We hope to see you on the 24th!
