A presentation “Digital Citizenship: Safe, Responsible, and Respectful Use of Information Technology” will be held Thursday, March 6th at 7:00pm in the York High School Theater.  This will be presented by Ryan Othan, Consumer Outreach Coordinator, Consumer Protection & Anti-Trust Division, Nebraska Department of Justice and Attorney Jon Bruning. (Digital Citizenship is the 'vogue' name for being safe on the Internet).  It will be about an hour long presentation, but is absolutely loaded with information that will give parents and community members a lot to think about on how to keep themselves and their kids safe in this digital world.    All Hampton patrons are invited to attend.  It is free of charge.

The Hampton Boy’s BB team will play in the sub-districts Tuesday, February 25, at 7:30pm at Wilber-Clatonia High School.  They will play Diller-Odell.  If they win on Tuesday, they will play in the sub-district Final on Thursday, February 27, at 7pm.  Good luck Hawks!!

A free will donation will be taken with proceeds going to the Hampton Ball Program.

The Hampton Hawk Cheer Clinic was held on Sunday.  K-6 grade girls will perform tonight at half-time of the Boy’s Varsity BB game versus Exeter-Milligan.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Wednesday, February 12, from 6-8:30pm.

All K-6 parents will have a scheduled time with their son & daughter’s classroom teacher.  The schedule for conference times will be sent home today in their Friday folders. 7-12 parents should check into the high school office to receive a progress report for your son or daughter.  All 7-12 teachers will be located in the high school gym for conferences.  Conferences are a valuable opportunity for parents to participate in their child/children’s education experience.  We hope to see you on the 12th!!
