Hampton Public School has developed a Wellness Policy to promote a healthy environment through nutrition education, physical activity, and other school activities that promote life-long healthy habits.  In support of this policy a healthy recipe will be included in our Friday newsletter!  This following recipe was tested and well received by our Wellness Committee, that includes teachers, parents, and students:  Mrs. McNish topped a toasted english muffin with yogurt and sliced strawberries.  Any fruit can be substituted.
